Frank Stocco's design staff provides commercial kitchen design, layouts, floor plans for small to 5 star restaurants, sports bars, diners, pizzerias, fast food, institutional, a cafe or coffee shop, church kitchens, any food facility.
The Process starts with...a telephone interview to discuss the site, dimension, concept, architect involvement, style of equipment to be specified, etc.
- We arrive at the fee and begin initial concept drawing upon receipt of a down payment.
- Review the initial drawing (within a few days) then by phone make clarifications and revisions.
- Make the changes, review again, and revise until the plan meets your conceptual expectations. (Usually within one or two revisions)
- With final approval and final payment made you will receive the complete design package by overnight mail.
